We have recommended you to all of our friends.We had our property on the market with high flying agents, well at least we thought so, all they wanted was money for advertising then more money but still no Inspections and making all the promises in the world none of which were true. When Sally rang me at 7.30 in the morning to tell me she had the perfect property I was dubious ! I guess the sign of a good Agent is one that , qualifies their clients well , in other words understands the clients financial limitations and the type of property they are looking for . I arrived at the said property at 8.30 am and had bought it by 8.35 without my wife even seeing it ( subject to her approval of course, I,m not completely stupid)
